Meet Conrad, one of our exceptional Pickwick Superintendents with an impressive 8-year tenure at RKA! Conrad’s journey into the construction world was inspired by his father’s legacy as a contractor, fostering a deep-rooted passion for the industry from a young age. His favorite part of his job is making homeowners’ dream projects a tangible reality, while working through all the challenges that come along with high-end builds. We’re proud to have had Conrad on our team, bringing RKA craftsmanship to the Pickwick Lake area!
How did you get into construction and why?
My father was a contractor so I grew up wanting to be in the construction industry. I have always loved building specialty items and seeing the finished product.
What is the best part of your job?
Getting to make homeowners dream projects become a reality and working through all the challenges that come along with high-end builds.
What is the hardest part of your job?
Trying to always keep a perfect balance of quality to budget ratio and selecting the right crews for the task.
What is your dream job if you weren’t in construction?
Owning an exotic car dealership!
Best way to spend a Saturday?
Spending the day riding motorcycles.
