These services include design development, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability analysis. During the pre-construction phase, RKA will work closely with each of our clients to identify the project’s goals and objectives, evaluate various construction methods and materials, and develop a detailed plan for the construction phase.

RKA manages budgets by utilizing a detailed cost-tracking and management system. This enables our team to closely monitor project expenses and ensure that the project remains on budget. This includes developing a detailed cost estimate during the pre-construction phase and having our project managers review and update the project costs throughout construction. This information is communicated to our clients on a routine basis to ensure there are no surprises when the project is completed.

RKA manages schedules by utilizing a detailed project management system that enables our team to closely monitor progress and ensure that the project remains on schedule. This includes developing a detailed construction schedule during the pre-construction phase. Our team regularly reviews and updates the schedule throughout the construction phase in conjunction with our trade partners. We work closely with our trade partners to foster relationships utilizing lean construction techniques in order to optimize project efficiency.
