Meet Wesley Ashley, Project Manager!
How did you get into construction and why?
I always admired my dad and followed in his footsteps, Although I didn’t go into construction immediately after college, it’s where my heart was and where I landed full-time 7+ years ago.
What is the best part of your job?
Watching everything come together for the final project and my coworkers. RKA truly operates as one cohesive team.
What is the hardest part of your job?
Helping clients understand the parts of construction that aren’t visible but are necessary.
What is your dream job if you weren’t in construction?
I’d love to own a laundry mat – Mr. Bundle’s Laundry Emporium – where I’d do laundry all day and teach others how to properly care for clothing to make their garments last longer.
Best way to spend a Saturday?
At the farmers market with an iced decaf coffee in hand, followed by lunch out with family and friends.
If you could only listen to 5 artists/bands for the rest of your life, who would they be?
Pearl Jam, REM, Jimmy Eat World, Indigo Girls, and Michael Bolton – should I admit that?
