Meet Jonathan Evans!
Jonathan is one of our Commercial Superintendents. With a background that spans from Chicago to Denver and Nashville, Jonathan’s journey as a carpenter has led him back home to Memphis. He loves taking on new challenges and has a passion for learning, making him an invaluable asset to our team. Beyond construction, you’ll find him outdoors, cycling, hiking, camping, and birdwatching. Currently, he’s also focused on renovating his new home, showcasing his dedication to excellence in all he does. We’re proud to have Jonathan on our team, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to every project!
How did you get into construction and why?
I started in construction as a carpenter in Chicago, building out restaurants. I continued in carpentry in Denver and Nashville doing everywhere from building and installing high end cabinetry to timber framing.
What is the best part of your job?
The finished result and projects that provide me an opportunity to learn something new.
What is the hardest part of your job?
Dealing with delays we can’t control when trying to get to the finish line.
What is your dream job if you weren’t in construction?
Working in the music industry.
Best way to spend a Saturday?
Spending the day outside, cycling, hiking, camping, or birdwatching.
