Earl ensures that projects are financially viable, resources are allocated efficiently, and the company continues to thrive and grow. For him, the best part of his job is investing in people and witnessing their growth and accomplishments.
How did you get into construction and why?
Long-time interest in construction industry from roles in large companies performing owner financial reviews of cost/value determinations. Also, renovations of all of my personal residences.
What is the best part of your job?
Investing in people and observing team and individual growth and accomplishments.
What is the hardest part of your job?
I have some impatience and sometimes have challenges in striking that “right balance”.
What is your dream job if you weren’t in construction?
Commercial airline pilot!
Best way to spend a Saturday?
At the beach with my wife and dog.
