Chickasaw Gardens Addition

In many traditional homes, space can be a precious commodity. As families grow and lifestyles change, the need for additional living space becomes increasingly important. To give the clients more space we took down a wall to enlarge the kitchen, added a friends entrance, and added an additional living space with an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This addition will provide a comfortable and functional space for relaxing, entertaining, and eventually act as the future master bedroom as the couple gets older.

We also tied in a new three car garage and porch with the existing house. This gives the clients plenty of storage space and creates a seamless transition to the beautiful terrace and pool. This clean, traditional design will remain timeless and provide the perfect space for our clients for years to come!
