This Mediterranean-style house in Midtown is home to a professional couple with two young children. They absolutely loved the property and location, but they needed to bring the house up to date to make it more functional for their lifestyle. As it stood, there were three distinct structures connected by outdoor breezeways: the main house, a guest house, and a garage. The main objective of the renovation was to connect all three to form a more seamless living environment, while also updating the kitchen and bathrooms. They enlisted the help of architect Charles Shipp, designer Biggs Powell, and RKA Construction to help make their dreams a reality. After months of hard work the home now flows together beautifully.
