An East Memphis couple eagerly embraced the opportunity to transform her grandmother’s residence into a modern home for their young family. Architect David Anderson and the homeowners judiciously preserved the the architectural details of the home, while expanding and opening the the living spaces and adding a larger kitchen and bathrooms. The ample lot provided an opportunity to add a pool and pool house. The result is a custom home that functions beautifully for their young family while retaining the details of it’s past.
