English Revival
This home suffered a devastating blow when a severe storm sent a tree into the roof, demanding a remodel of not only the exterior, but also the interior. The homeowner seized the opportunity and not only renovated her kitchen and living areas, but also chose to update the front facade to increase curb appeal.
Inside, walls were moved to open the kitchen up to the living area in order to create a space for hosting dinners as well as an open environment for day to day family life. Another change to the first floor footprint, a library was added and shows custom wall paneling and trim from RKA carpenters. A lighter paint color was chosen to reflect light and continue the open feel in the space.
