How did you get into construction and why?
I grew up fixing things around the house with my father and have always had a good understanding of how things work. I enjoy spending my time building or fixing things and the gratification of seeing the finished product at the end of the day.
What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is the fact that I am getting to build something nice for someone while giving trade partners jobs that allow them to provide for their families.

The hardest part of the job is navigating all the moving parts that require each trade partner to cooperate and for each piece to fall into place correctly. Any setbacks can disrupt the entire process.

Running my own company. (Probably still in construction though)
