Meet Chase Moore, our Pickwick Lake Assistant Superintendent. Chase’s passion for construction ignited at 15 when he helped his dad flip a house, and he’s been dedicated to the craft ever since. In his role, Chase is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Pickwick, ensuring that every detail aligns with the project’s vision. He finds the most rewarding part of his job is stepping back to admire the finished product after all the hard work.
How did you get into construction and why?
I started helping my dad and his friends flip a house when I was only 15 years old. I’ve been hooked ever since.
What is the best part of your job?
Being able to step back and see the finished product after all your hard work.
What is the hardest part of your job?
Coordination of trades, especially in the Pickwick market.
What is your dream job if you weren’t in construction?
To be independently wealthy, so I can fish and hunt whenever I want.
Best way to spend a Saturday?
Fishing, golfing or hunting
